During the pandemic the view of the mouth has become scarce. This visual of oversized lips, fiercely red with the lipstick freshly smudged around the corners, as though kissed just a few seconds ago, is a reminder of luxury, pleasure, sensation, something trite, something that happens everyday, yet it’s rare to see, to watch, to keep. It’s more than just flesh. It’s a token, the reason and the fruit of life.
