The tiger, one of the fiercest predators … Inspired by his red-haired black-striped fur, Richard Orlinski hollows out metal and sculpts the animal like lace. A technical feat to stiffen the sculpture and link the segments with invisible welds. Difficulties redoubled by the use of stainless steel, the material used for the first time by the artist.
